    Question What Is The Widest Banded Stock Radio Ever Made?

    Just wondering...how many khz wide will they tx?

    the widest I have ever see is the tram d-201, they come in at 4 Khz stock, the next would be the yeasu 101 they come in at about 3300 Khz stock. all the rest come in at 1800 to 2200 Khz.

    Awesome.....Tram D201 I just bought some vintage nos tung sol tubes for my D201...the original 6l6gc are weak....hmmm I wonder how I can hook up my rack gear to my tram?

    It was nice talking skywave to you on thanksgiving......your radio sounded awesome.....and thanks for the reply and the info!

    I would try feeding it directly into the mic jack and see what happens,

    I have been talking to joe dirt over on another forum, and to me, he seems like he is really into this direct inject aspect of this form of audio injection, you might look him up and see if he can tell you how to direct inject the tram, I think he is a pretty smart fella.

    just opinion
